One-click PDF export of the AI strategy
Get the strategy out of the app and into your stakeholder's inbox.

Approvers, agency admins, and agency operators can now download the AI strategy for any brief as a polished, branded PDF — straight from the AI Plans tab. The PDF carries your logo (or a brand-initial fallback in your brand colour), the brief snapshot, the recommended action, every strategy card, risk flags, and grounding sources. Page numbers, generated-at timestamp, the works.
For everyone
PR Brain knows whose data to lean on first
When the AI generates strategies, it now pulls from brand-specific knowledge first, falling back to agency-wide knowledge, then platform-wide. We confirmed and locked this precedence with a test suite so the priority can't drift.
For approvers
Download AI strategy as PDF on the AI Plans tab
Open any brief, switch to AI Plans, hit the export button. Paste it into a slide deck, email it to a stakeholder who isn't logged in, archive it alongside the brief. The strategy stops being trapped inside the app.
For agencies
Same export available to agency admins and operators
Anyone working the brief from the agency side can pull the same PDF. Submitters intentionally cannot — that matches the existing in-app rule that submitters don't see the AI strategy.
