What's new
Approver portal, redesigned
Faster decisions, clearer cards, less noise on every screen.
Released
We rebuilt the approval portal end-to-end. The queue card tells you what's expected of you in one line instead of three competing pills. The brief detail page leads with a short summary and an AI recommendation card before the full brief. Settings now sits inline on a single scrollable column. Post-approval briefs have their own home in the sidebar so approved work doesn't disappear into the archive.
For approvers
Queue cards say what you need to do, not what state the brief is in
Each card now carries one action-framed pill — 'Awaiting your review', 'Decide next route', 'Ready for your sign-off' — instead of three labels reading out the same stage. Glance at the queue and know in two seconds what's yours to handle.
Post-approval briefs have their own sidebar item
Briefs you've approved that are now in execution or performance review live under a new Post-approval tab. They no longer disappear into Archive the moment you sign off.
Brief detail leads with what matters, AI in second place
Open a brief and you see a short summary first, then a PR Brain AI recommendation teaser, then the full brief. The AI strategies and confidence read are one tab away when you need to dig deeper.
Step-framed decision panel — 'Step 2 of 2 · Decide the next route'
The right-column action panel tells you exactly where you are in the loop and what's expected of you on this step. No more guessing whether you're at the start or the end.
Send back / Reject reads from the brand's perspective
Closing a brief used to read as if you were rejecting on behalf of an agency. It now reads from the brand's side: 'Not pursuing this brief', 'Why are you closing this brief?'. The wording matches who you actually are.
Activity tab now shows the full journey, not just events
Open Activity and the journey rail is right there at the top, expanded. Then a filter dropdown — All activity, Decisions only, Notes only — over a card-style timeline that covers everything from submission to archive.
Settings on one scroll, not three clicks
Notifications, Team Members, Departments, Approved Domains, Security & Data — all on one page now. Click the sub-nav to scroll to any section. Approvers can add new approved email domains directly from this page.
For submitters
Tighter brief view, less visual noise
Your brief detail page got the same Overview redesign — short summary, AI recommendation teaser, then the full brief. The path from 'open brief' to 'know where it stands' is shorter.
