Briefs auto-tidy on submit
Paste however you want. PR Brain adds structure without changing a word.
Released
Submitters used to either format the brief by hand or hand the team a wall of text. Now PR Brain tidies the description automatically the moment a brief is submitted — bold headers, real lists, paragraph breaks — and it never changes a single word. Approvers, agency users, and the submitter all see the formatted version by default with a one-click toggle to flip back to the original. A 16-test contract suite enforces that the AI cannot summarise, reorder, or invent content.
For everyone
Formatted / Original toggle inline next to Full Brief
Every brief detail page (submitter, approver, agency) gets a small segmented toggle next to the Full Brief header. Default = Formatted. One click flips to Original — the exact text the submitter typed, untouched.
Brain-icon Re-tidy button when you want a redo
If the auto-tidy missed something, hit the brain icon next to the toggle to re-run the tidy pass. Useful for older briefs that pre-date this feature, or any time you want a refresh.
AI cannot summarise, reorder, or invent content — guaranteed
A bidirectional content-preservation assertion runs before any tidied version is persisted. If the AI drops a sentence, paraphrases a paragraph, or invents a header, the assertion throws and we keep the original. Better no-tidy than wrong-tidy.
For submitters
Paste however you want — we'll structure it
Wall of text, no headers, all on one line — submit it as-is. PR Brain runs in the background after submission and produces a clean structured version with bold headers, numbered lists, and paragraph breaks.
