What's new
Briefs don't go cold anymore
Reminders, auto-escalation to agency, and decision emails so nothing gets buried.
Released
Briefs used to occasionally sit unattended in approver inboxes for days. Two safety mechanisms now prevent this: a reminder email before any escalation timer fires (a nudge, not a punishment) and auto-escalation to the agency after 48 hours of silence so the brief keeps moving even if an approver is on leave or buried in email. On top of that, every meaningful decision (approve, send to agency, mark done) now triggers a transactional email so the right people know without having to log in to check.
For everyone
Auto-escalation to agency after 48 hours
If silence continues, the brief moves to the agency automatically. The work doesn't stall because someone's on leave or buried in email.
Decision emails for the moves that matter
Every approve, send-to-agency, and mark-done now triggers a transactional email to the right people. Status without having to log in.
For approvers
Gentle reminder email before any timer fires
If a brief is sitting in your queue and the escalation clock is ticking, you get a heads-up email first. Not a 'you've failed' message — just a nudge with a direct link.
