Performance review, in the brief
Capture the results, drop the files, let PR Brain synthesise what happened.
Released
Once execution wraps up, the Performance tab unlocks on the same brief. Upload coverage, links, decks, screenshots, anything. PR Brain reads the uploads + the original brief and writes a synthesis — what worked, what missed, what to carry into the next campaign. The brief stops being a request and becomes a record. When you're ready to close the loop, archive it from the same tab.
For everyone
Performance tab opens automatically when execution wraps
Mark execution complete on a brief and the Performance tab unlocks immediately. Same brief, same context — no jumping between tools to capture results.
Upload anything that proves the work
Coverage screenshots, links to articles, decks, post-mortems. Drop them on the Performance tab and they live alongside the brief forever. The agency stops emailing PDFs that nobody can find six months later.
PR Brain writes a synthesis card from your uploads
Once there are uploads on the tab, PR Brain reads them + the original brief and writes a short synthesis: what landed, what didn't, what's worth carrying into the next round. You can edit it; it's a starting point, not the final word.
Move to archive when the loop is done
When the brief has run its course — execution done, performance captured, learnings logged — archive it in one click. Archive isn't deletion; the brief is read-only afterwards but everything stays searchable.
Quiet auto-archive after 30 days of inactivity
If a brief sits in performance review with no uploads or activity for 30 days, a sweep cron archives it automatically and emails the team. Nothing dies in limbo, nothing requires babysitting.
