Combine, edit and regenerate your Recommended plans
Pick 2 or 3 of the AI strategy options, combine them into one richer plan, edit it with a prompt, or regenerate the source strategies entirely. The PDF leads with the combined plan.
Released
Enterprise feedback came back: approvers want ONE plan they can take into a budget meeting, not three options to mentally combine. The AI cycle ships the must-have plus the should-have. On the Recommended plans tab you can now tick 2 or 3 of the source strategies and combine them into one consolidated plan with executive summary, primary plus secondary KPIs (each with a measurement plan and why-it-matters), phased timeline with milestones, internal and external stakeholders, budget envelope, and a multi-paragraph synthesis rationale that defends why the combined plan beats picking one. Optional reviewer prompt on combine. Edit the combined plan later with another prompt without re-picking sources. Regenerate the source strategies entirely with an optional prompt that nudges direction (e.g. 'be more conservative on budget'). Every iteration is saved to a history accordion. The PDF export now leads with the combined plan in 3 dedicated pages, and we have purged em-dashes everywhere so it reads as a clean enterprise document.
For everyone
PDF export leads with the combined plan
When a combined plan exists, the AI strategy PDF puts it on pages 3-5 (right after cover and intelligence overview), then lists the source strategies. Three dedicated pages: executive summary, messaging and press, and the program (KPIs, timeline, stakeholders). All em-dashes purged across the document so it reads cleanly as an enterprise deliverable.
For approvers
Combine 2 or 3 strategies into one rich plan
Each strategy tab gets a checkbox. Pick 2 or 3, click Combine, optionally nudge the AI with a prompt, get back a 4th tab with the consolidated plan. The combined plan is a richer shape than a single strategy: executive summary, tiered KPIs with measurement plans, phased timeline with milestones, stakeholder map, budget envelope, and a defended synthesis rationale.
Edit the combined plan with a prompt
Once a combined plan exists, the Edit with prompt button refines it in place without re-picking sources. Use it for targeted changes ("tighten the audience to T1 cities only", "drop the budget proposal"). Sources stay the same; the LLM applies the edit to the existing plan.
Regenerate the source strategies (optionally with a prompt)
Regenerate sits in the card header alongside the confidence pill. Click for a clean re-run, or open the popover and add a nudge ("focus on cultural relevance over reach", "lean harder into editorial press"). Previous strategies are saved to history. If you have a combined plan from the old strategies, it stays but gets an amber 'sources changed' banner with one-click Recombine.
History accordion below the card
Every combine and every edit snapshots the previous version. The accordion below the strategy card shows the timeline, newest first, with the prompt that created each version (if any) and a snippet of what it said.
No rate limits on AI calls
Combine, edit, and the upcoming regenerate are unlimited. Enterprise customers pay premium for the AI calls; we trust the workflow.
